Building Strong Foundations: Therapy for Infants and Children
Every parent wants their child to thrive. However, the early years can bring unique challenges, from developmental delays to struggles with social skills in school. At our clinic, we believe in catching these challenges early. We offer a safe, supportive environment where children learn through play and parents learn the tools to guide them.
Early Childhood Programs (Ages 0-5)
The first five years are critical for brain development. Our programs are designed to turn daily interactions into learning moments.
Parent Training & Support
Parenting doesn’t come with a manual, but we can provide the next best thing. We offer one-on-one coaching and workshops on:
-
Positive Reinforcement: encouraging the behaviors you want to see.
-
Setting Boundaries: loving but firm limits.
-
Managing Tantrums: understanding why they happen and how to handle them calmly.
Early Intervention & ABA
For children showing early signs of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other delays, we use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This isn’t just about sitting at a table; it is about teaching communication and daily living skills in a way that is engaging and rewarding for the child.
Play-Based Therapy
Play is a child’s language. We use structured play to help children express feelings, learn to share, and develop social awareness naturally.
School-Aged Support (Ages 6-12)
As children enter school, the social world gets bigger. We help them navigate classrooms and playgrounds with confidence.
Social Skills Groups
Making friends can be hard. Our small groups allow children to practice:
-
Reading social cues.
-
Managing conversations.
-
Coping with social anxiety in a safe space.
Academic & Behavioral Support
If your child struggles with focus, impulse control, or following classroom rules, we can help. We use reward systems and behavioral strategies to turn academic frustration into achievement.
